1. The service

Khera Wasta is a directory of craftsmen ("wastas") in the Kurdistan Region. It shows their profiles, photos of their work and customers' reviews, and lets you contact them on WhatsApp or by phone. There is no booking, ordering, payment or chat in the app. Any agreement about a job (the price, the time, the quality, the payment) is made directly between you and the wasta.

2. Who may use it

Anyone may browse the directory as a guest. Saving favorites and writing reviews need a customer account. You must be at least [13 or 16: the same age as in the Privacy Policy] years old to create one. Only our admin creates wasta accounts.

3. Your account

• Give true information. One mobile number can have only one account.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account; tell us at once if you think someone else used it.

4. Rules for everyone

• Do not use Khera Wasta for anything unlawful.
• Do not post anything false, insulting, hateful or private about someone else, and do not pretend to be someone else.
• Do not send spam, and do not collect other users' data or copy the directory with automated tools.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the protections of the app, the website or our server.

5. Reviews

• A customer may write one review of each wasta, and may edit it later.
• A review must describe a real experience with that wasta, without insults, personal data, advertising or fake praise or blame.
• Our admin may hide or remove a review that breaks these rules. The admin never changes the text of a review and never writes one as a customer.

6. For wastas

• Keep your profile and photos true and about your own work.
• You are responsible for your work, your prices, any permits you need, and how you treat customers.
• Your profile is shown while your contract with us (a plan we agree with you) is active. When it ends, the profile is hidden, nothing is deleted, and renewing brings the same profile back.
• Our admin sets your type of work, city, area, written address and map pin.

7. Ads

Ads are always marked "ڕیکلام" (Ad). They never change the top-rated list, which is based only on customers' reviews.

8. Our role and responsibility

We work to keep the information accurate and the service available, but we do not guarantee any wasta's work or the result of any job. The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from agreements between users or from the service being unavailable.

9. Suspending or closing an account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You may delete your own account at any time: see Delete account.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. We will update this page and the date at the top, and announce important changes in the app. If you keep using Khera Wasta after a change, you accept the new terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by [the laws that apply: for example, the laws in force in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq].
